You work with health data, and that calls for care. Here is how we protect it, with no small print. The legal detail is in our privacy policy.
Each patient sees only their own data and you see only your patients. Nobody else sees their record, not even whoever runs the platform, and automated tests check it with every change to the app.
There is a record of who opened each patient record, note or document, and when.
The application and the database are in Frankfurt (Germany), and session transcription runs on servers in the EU.
Data travels encrypted and is stored encrypted. A backup is made every day and encrypted before it leaves.
Strong passwords, two-step verification, sign-in with fingerprint or face, and sessions close on their own after 30 minutes of inactivity.
The assistant only receives what it needs, without the patient's name, email or phone number, and the AI company does not use it to train its models.
When they join, your patient accepts the terms and consents to the processing of their health data. It is stored with the date.
You can download all of a patient's data in one file, to give it to them or take it with you.
If a patient asks for their data to be deleted, everything that isn't clinical history is deleted, and the clinical history is locked for as long as the law requires.

Video is never recorded. If you use transcription (from the Professional plan), the audio is transcribed to give you a draft of the note; your patient can turn it off in their account, and the original transcript is deleted after 30 days.
Yes. Before you cancel, you can download your patients' data.
No. The notes, plans, reports and replies the assistant prepares are drafts: you review them, correct them and decide whether to save them.
